AREAS OF CONCENTRATION · Business Law · Intellectual Property and Computer Law EXPERIENCE Mr. Little has been involved in a wide variety of business matters and commercial transactions. Mr. Little has experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting a wide variety of business arrangements, including agreements relating to the purchase and sale of goods and services, the purchase and sale of businesses, the creation of domestic and international distribution networks and the creation of joint ventures, partnerships and teaming relationships. Mr. Little also has experience in the structuring and formation of business entities and the provision of advice with respect to compliance with statutory and regulatory provisions applicable to businesses and other day-to-day business matters. While being involved in a wide variety of business matters, Mr. Little has had a extensive involvement with technology-based businesses and their specialized legal needs. Mr. Little has experience in structuring, negotiating and documenting agreements relating to the development, ownership and licensing of computer software and other intellectual property, the purchase, sale and leasing of computer equipment, the acquisition and provision of information technology and the creation of outsourcing relationships.
